The Commemorative ceremony of the Martyrs and the ' Last Letter ' film screening was held in the scope of the Çanakkale (Gallipoli) Victory Week on March 28th, at the National Art Council of Pakistan (PNCA) by the Yunus Emre Institute,Turkish Cultural Center in Lahore.

 The keynote speech of the program, was done by Turkish Ambassador to Islamabad Mr. Ihsan Mustafa Yurdakul, which was held together with the Friendly Pakistani people, . In his remarks, Mr. Yurdakul emphasized the brotherhood of the two countries and their ties to friendship. Then, PNCA President Syed Jamal said that this meaningful program shall fill the Pakistan’s cinema sector with Turkish films while offering gratitude to Turkish officials, and said that the doors of Pakistani cinemas are open to the Turkish producers.

A large number of Pakistani people participated in the Last Letter film screened publically.Pakistani National Education Deputy Minister, Azerbaijan Islamabad Ambassador, as well as Turkish and foreign mission representatives, Anadolu Agency officials, academicians and Pakistani filmmakers attended the program,subsequently ended after the reception given in the Garden of Art Council .
